Privacy Policy

This notice explains what personal information Williot Properties and Estates (“we”, “us”), part of the Williot Group, collects through this website, why, and the choices you have. We follow the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana.

What We Collect

• When you send an enquiry: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, what you are interested in, the property you choose and your message.
• When you request a viewing: the same details, plus the property, your preferred date and time, and whether you want to view in person or by video.
• When you message us on WhatsApp, call or email: what you choose to send us through those services.

The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and you do not need an account to use it. The one exception is the map on the contact page: it is provided by Google Maps, so when it loads Google receives your device details and may set its own cookies, under Google's own terms.

Why We Use It

We use your details only to answer your enquiry, arrange viewings, send you the information you ask for about our properties, and, if you go on to buy, to manage your purchase. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.

Who Sees It

Enquiries go to our team at info@williotpe.com. Where it helps your enquiry, we may share it with other companies of the Williot Group (for example Williot Constructions & Engineering, which builds our homes). Our email is provided by Google Workspace and our website host is Namecheap; they process data for us under their own terms.

How Long We Keep It

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any purchase that follows, and then delete them unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Your Rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@williotpe.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact Ghana's Data Protection Commission.
