Williot Properties and Estates was formed to do one thing well: develop and sell property that people can trust. We are the real estate arm of the Williot Group, a diversified Ghanaian company based in Accra, with companies spanning construction, engineering, energy and logistics.

That background shapes everything we do. We are not agents who list whatever comes our way. We are developers. We acquire the land, design the homes, build them through our own engineering teams, and sell them directly to the families who will live in them.
